DietKamikaze: Fasa1 Day3

FASA1 DAY3 (13/7/2012)


Assalamualaikum...slamat pagi...good morning...hehe....arini ari jumaat....salam jumaat sume....bgn pagi2 arini...trus wat star jump...lompat bintang r kalo dlm bahasa jawa...heheh....ade r dlm 50x starjump...heheh....cukup utk pagi ni....then sambung wat sit-up and crunches...4set....


jump...jump...jump....starjump...


np ari ni aku lompat bintang n bukan skipping???? ye....inilah jawapan die.....


ha..ni die skipping rope aku yang pemegang die da selamat.....
np jadi mcm ni??hehe...akumane tau bab bli2 ni..aku tgk skipping rope..aku pon bantai bli...skali smlm abah aku tgk...die trus ckp..

tu kire tghari merangkap mlm trus..mkn ni dlm kol1.30pm...eheheh...balik skola td trus capai kasut...wat lompat bintang n kardio thru youtube...then sit-up n crunches 4set.....pergh lapo balik...hahha..tahan...sbb mlm nk amik milo n cream crackers je cdgnye....ehehehkite tgk mcm ne nnt k...
